Terms and Conditions

How to buy Gio Gio's stuff:

(1) Please fill up the order form to place order or email us at giogiocollection@gmail.com

(2) Wait for our confirmation via email of the order together with our bank details and total amount due. Bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our bank account or using the paypal to our giogiocollection@gmail.com within 3 working days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.  

(3) Notify us after you have made the payment by filling up the Bank-in notification form or  email the bank-in slip to us for verification.

(4) We will email you the tracking number after send out the items
[Ready stock items] Once payment received, we will proceed with the shipment of your items   
[Pre-order items only] Once payment received, your ordering will be secured. In case running out of stock at supplier side. We will give full refund. Pre-order clothes would take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the closing date to reach Gio Gio Collection, those who is not able to wait, please do not make your order

(5) If defect is found, please email us and send back the item to us within 3 working days 

(6) We will not be responsible for any losses or damage caused during delivery 

(7) All items delivered are of quality items. We will try our best to ensure pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of item may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours. 

Please note that items are not exchangeable nor refundable. As for the postage charges, it will be determined by the delivery method that you choose.What a joy to shop at your own convenience. You will surely get hooked to it.



Delivery Mode:

For Clothings (excluding Jackets))

POSLAJU - Delivery within 1-4 days after items sent out

West and East Malaysia- RM5 per pc

POS EXPRESS-RM4.50 per pc. Less secure as no signature is required.



For Jackets and Bags (weight >300g per piece)

POSLAJU - Delivery within 1-4 days after items sent out

West Malaysia- RM8 nett first item, subsequent additional RM2 each pc

Sarawak - RM9 nett first item, subsequent additional RM2 each pc

Sabah - RM10 nett first item, subsequent additional RM3 each pc
